Payment:
After confirmation of your booking, a deposit has to be paid by bank transfer. The rest is payable in cash upon arrival (we accept no credit cards and no EC cards).

Arrival and departure:
Check-in: from 2 p.m.
Check-out: before 9 a.m.
If you leave early or arrive later, the booked period will be charged.

Guest card:
Upon arrival you will receive the guest cards you need for purchasing the VIP ski pass.

Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing.

The General Austrian Hotel Contract Terms (ÖHVB) shall apply for cancellations.

We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
